or more of the following procedures will be performed:
Acupuncture
and Chinese Medicine Traditional Chinese Medicine
Sees
the body as energy which flows along meridians. We can access
these meridians through acupuncture points. When the flow
of energy is disrupted disease and illness can occur. Chinese
medicine seeks to restore the balance and flow of energy
to the body to establish health and well being. Here at
Healing Touch Veterinary we incorporate acupuncture and
Chinese herbs to accomplish this.
Chiropractic
Not
only does chiropractic help align the spine but it also
helps align toes, ankles, knees, hips, elbows, wrists, head,
jaw, ribs and tail! A subluxated vertebrea can put pressure
on the spinal nerves causing issues locally or problems
down the line to where the nerve feeds to.
Rehabilitation
Doctor
Norman is in the process of getting certified in Canine
Rehabilitation. We can help identify the injury, treat the
injury, prevent and support the injury with rehabilitation
exercises.
Nutritional
Consultation
Let's
use food as medicine! Put healthy foods into the body and
avoid unhealthy foods. We will help you define that. This
is the greatest impact you can make on your animal's health
on a daily basis.
Pharmaceuticals
vs. Natural Supplements
With
our many Natural products we can sometimes replace or reduce
pharmaceutical use.
Western
Medicine
For
now we refer all our surgical procedures out to competent
veterinarians in the area. We can do blood work, cytology's,
vaccinations, skin scrapings, urinalysis, sub Q fluids,
wound cleaning, fecals, anal glands, nail trims and other
non-emergency medical care.
We
at Healing Touch Veterinary look forward to bringing you
and your loved animal further onto the path of healthy living.
